Over the years we have built up partnerships and links with a variety of people and organisations:
Peter du Feu is a past member of the Brunel Team, recently retired as one of our trustees Peter and his wife Jill have been staunch supporters of Brunel Manor for many years (Jill used to cook the delicious cakes served in our Tea Room). Peter also sold his exquisite wood turnings in our shop. In 2020 Peter and Jill published their first book 'No Pit Too Deep' the true story of how they and their marriage were rescued and redeemed by God's amazing grace.
A Rocha UK (ARUK) is a Christian charity working for the protection and restoration of the natural world and committed to equipping Christians and churches in the UK to care for the environment. We became a 'Partner in Action' with A Rocha UK in 2018 as we looked for ways to care for the Brunel Manor grounds in a more wildife friendly way.
A Rocha UK have lots of great resources on their website to help Christians engage with wildlife conservation, climate change and other issues surrounding our care of God's creation.
Choice Words used to stock and run the Bookshop at Brunel Manor, and still provide a wide variety of Christian books and resources in the South Devon area. Their main branch is in Newton Abbot, but they also have outlets at Totnes United Free Church, Word Wise Bookshop & Coffee Shop, Kingsbridge, and at Brixham Baptist Church.
